I design and optimize experiences.

The reason I chose design as my career is my personal experiences. As a person with disability (Hard of Hearing), I was inspired by people who made experiences more rich, accessible and inclusive, like closed captions for videos, synchronized song lyrics on music streaming platforms, online food orders, and many more that made a difference.

I also wanted to contribute to others’ lives by designing and creating meaningful products or systems. Which is why I did my Masters degree in Engineering Design (Product Design) after my Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.

I bring in my combined expertise from Industrial Engineering & Product Design to conduct quantitative and qualitative research, and design and improve experiences and processes.
