Challenge

There is a lack of communication and automation in the process of surgical scheduling among the main stakeholders that are part of the process in surgical department. The team was tasked to address the challenge for one of the largest hospitals in North America.

Goals
  • Provide helpful information for decision-making and analysis at different levels at the hospital (Admins, Leadership teams, etc. ) to manage waitlists
  • Easier access to critical information
  • User friendly for all types of users, from those who have experience with data to zero-experience 

Design Outcome

I created an interactive prototype of a Graphical User Interface (GUI) for surgical scheduling for one of the focus groups for two services (Urology and Orthopaedic) for one of the largest hospitals in North America.

The project is highly confidential. Thus, I provided an overview of UX deliverables from the ongoing end-to-end design progress.
